1、 The user should install equipment on the prepared based, the base is flat plate belt structure, keep whole device horizontal position, the error of around should be within0.15%.Also before and after installing equipment should note to the existence of space operations inconveniences.

2、 Because the whole set of equipment assembly, when installation, use lifting equipment to lift equipment to be placed into position, fixed chassis of the clamping device should be no tighten as standard, so for device in hot and cold work there is flexibility room .

3、Connect device steam port, cooling water outlet, compressed air vent etc.

Mouth diameter of steam should match to steam interfaces of equipment ，and charge pressure should be ≥7kgf/cm₂；

Mouth diameter of cooling water should match to cooling water interfaces of equipment, and charge pressure should be ≥2kgf/cm₂；

Mouth diameter of compressed air should match to compressed air interfaces of equipment, and charge pressure should be 7kgf/cm₂；

Compressed air of supplying to Electromagnetic valve should be no water and solid particals less than 5um.
